Introduction

Welcome to GiGS, a platform provided by Monumental Shift, INC. ("Monumental Shift"). This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of GiGS. By accessing or using GiGS, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with these terms, please do not use GiGS.

User Accounts

To access GiGS, a product of Monumental Shift, INC., you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Monumental Shift reserves the right to terminate accounts if any breach of these terms occurs.

Use of the Platform

GiGS is designed for professional speakers to connect and grow. Users of GiGS, provided by Monumental Shift, INC., must not engage in illegal activities, spread malware, or harass other users and must respect the platform's integrity.

Content Ownership and Responsibility

As a user of GiGS, you retain ownership of your posted content but grant Monumental Shift, INC. a license to use and display this content on GiGS. You are responsible for the content you post and must have the necessary rights for it.

Privacy Policy

Monumental Shift, INC.'s Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of personal data on GiGS. By using GiGS, you consent to these data practices.

Service Modifications and Availability

Termination and Data Retention

Upon termination of a user's account, Monumental Shift, INC. will retain user data for a legally required period. After this period, data may be securely deleted.

Fees and Payments

Some features of GiGS, provided by Monumental Shift, INC., may require payment. All fees are non-refundable, and pricing is subject to change.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your GiGS account anytime. Refund requests are governed by our separate Refund Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

GiGS, a service of Monumental Shift, INC., is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

Monumental Shift, INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of GiGS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Monumental Shift, INC. and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of GiGS.

Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state of Florida. Disputes related to this Agreement or GiGS, a product of Monumental Shift, INC., shall be resolved through arbitration.

General Provisions

This Agreement is the entire agreement between users and Monumental Shift, INC. regarding GiGS. Failure to enforce any right or provision will not be deemed a waiver.
