Meet the Team: Andrew Davis (founder) and Rachael Kraft (editor in chief)
Andrew Davis (Founder) is a bestselling author and keynote speaker. Before building and selling a thriving digital marketing agency, Andrew produced for NBC and worked for The Muppets. He's appeared in the New York Times and on the Today Show. He's crafted documentary films and award-winning content for tiny start-ups and Fortune 500 brands. Today, Andrew teaches business leaders how to grow their businesses, transform their cities, and leave their legacy.

When faced with the question of how to help other speakers succeed, Andrew went to work. He embarked on a decade-long journey to discover and distill the processes needed to build a thriving stage career. This led him to team up with Michael Port to author the book The Referable Speaker along with its corresponding course GRAD | Speaking Business Mastery.

Andrew dreamed of a way to serve a dedicated community of readers intent on learning and applying the skills needed to raise fees, increase revenue, and build a sustainable speaking biz.
