It’s an advanced search tool that will help speakers connect with 1,200 leads — potentially saving 100+ of hours of time each year.

Worth it or walk away?

Yes, my friends.  Today, we are going to look at another potentially awesome / potentially not-so-awesome opportunity that speakers encounter on the regular.

This particular opportunity is call the Speaker Intel Engine created by speaker Sam Richter.  It’s advertised as a “distraction-free online search resource that helps you find business and sales information you care about…”

Rachael and I decided to give this one a try to see if it could really help a speaker build a six-figure speaking business.

We know that one of the biggest challenges professional speakers face is finding paid speaking opportunities.  In fact, that’s the #1 challenge our readers (you, my friend) share with us when we ask.

So, is the Speaker Intel Engine worth a try?  Today, let’s look at the opportunity.  Tomorrow, we’ll reveal our final verdict…

Getting to Know the Speaker Intel Engine

This most recent adventure all started when I received an email from Sam Richter at the beginning of this year.  Perhaps you’ve received one that’s similar.  It read:

Andrew,
As a professional speaker, I thought you might want to check this out.

It's the Professional Speaker Intel Engine to help find conferences, decision makers, and a lot more.

I've used the Speaker Intel Engine to grow my speaking business to 100+ gigs per year. There are hundreds of other professional speakers who are finding and booking keynotes, workshops, and training by using the Engine.

Now you can try what the top speakers use to find conferences that pay, and decision makers who book speakers.

Let me know what you think and if you have any questions.
Thanks!
Sam Richter

A follow up email shared testimonials from other speakers who used his system to build six-figure and even seven-figure businesses.

“Since using Speaker Engine, I’ve tripled the number of paid gigs I land each month!”
- Meridith P., Hall of Fame Professional Speaker
“I never thought I'd be booking $10,000+ keynotes so quickly, but the Speaker Engine has been a game-changer.”
— Scott L., Professional Speaker and Corporate Trainer

After those glowing references, we figured this was worth a shot.  Let’s check out the Speaker Intel Engine using the free 14-day trial and see if it’s any good.

What is the Speaker Intel Engine?

When you first sign up for the free 14-day trial, you’re directed to a really awesome 45-minute video where Sam Richter walks you through the entire program.

Watch the overview video if you have time.

You can check out this same webinar here.

In this video, I loved how Sam was really honest about what the Speaker Intel Engine is and what it is not.

First, you need to know that Sam is a member of the National Speaker Hall of Fame.  He’s a certified speaking professional. In other words, he’s one of us.  He knows what we need and understands the struggles we face in finding gigs.

His system is designed to help members find speaking opportunities more efficiently.  The Intel Engine isn not a database or a list-building tool.  Instead, you can think of it as a search engine overlay.

In fact, within the system, he has an AI chatbot (imagine a custom version of ChatGPT) trained specifically for speakers.  It is designed to understand your context and give coaching-style answers.

There are also a number of other core components that make up the whole system.  And to be totally honest, I was excited when I watched the intro video… but also majorly overwhelmed.

Phew… there’s so much here!

A Break Down of (SOME OF) the Speaker Intel Engine Tools

Membership for this program costs either $49 per month or $497 per year.  Any new member can start with a free 14-day trial.  That’s what we did.  I’ll do my best to give you a rundown of the tools provided.
