A year of transformation…

I’m honestly excited to work with both of these talented speakers over the next few months.  Not only are they both fantastic humans with good hearts, but this also gives me the chance to show other speakers that the business strategies I’ve been sharing actually work.

One of the things I’d like to highlight with these stories is how vastly different – yet shockingly similar – both of these speaker journeys are.  

Yes, professional, established speakers have a different set of problems from those just starting.  Many of these problems are simply due to the complex business they’ve managed to build so far.

But ultimately, the same important lessons on how to build a sustainable speaking business still apply.

With that… let’s take a look at our veteran speaker’s first month.


Dan’s First Month: Hitting a Plateau and Looking for Lift

When Dan Gingiss and I first started working together, we committed to sharing the whole truth about the progress we made.  So, I’ll be perfectly honest when I say that both Dan and I felt we got off to a bit of a rough start.
